Insurance Information

The Red, White & Blue Fire Protection District was evaluated by ISO in 2025. The District’s Public Protection Classification (PPC) remains Class 2 / 2Y, effective January 1, 2026.

The District is also proudly accredited through the Center for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE) and the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS), demonstrating our continued commitment to excellence in fire and emergency services.

Protection Class Designations

  • Protection Class 2: Properties located within 1,000 feet of a fire hydrant AND within 5 miles of a fire station.
  • Protection Class 2Y: Properties located more than 1,000 feet from a fire hydrant OR more than 5 miles from a fire station.

ISO has updated its classification terminology, replacing previous split classifications:

  • Former Class 9 is now designated as Class X
  • Former Class 8B is now designated as Class Y

The District continually works to improve fire protection capabilities and infrastructure to further reduce the ISO Protection Class rating for the benefit of our community.
