Community Risk Management Division

The goal of the Community Risk Management Division is to provide a safe place for citizens and guests of the Upper Blue Valley, to live, visit, work and play.

The Community Risk Management Division (C.R.M.) is responsible for code enforcement of existing and new structures, plan reviews, inspections, permits, fire investigation and fire and life safety issues.

Led by Deputy Chief Jay Nelson, C.R.M. strives to perform their jobs to the highest level possible, exploring new technology and tools, with a commitment to customer and citizen satisfaction.
