1.0/2.0 Call To Order/Roll CallThe Special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Red, White & Blue Fire District was called to order at 0805 by Secretary Randall.  Participating directors were Perkins, Randall and Krugman.  Directors Griffin and Gothard were excused. Also present was Chief Green and Captain Scott acted as Recording Secretary.

M/S Perkins/Randall to adopt Resolution 2009-06, Capital Improvements Financing. Roll call vote; Krugman – yes, Perkins – yes, Randall - abstain.  Motion passed.
