Call to Order / Roll Call

The Special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Red, White & Blue Fire District was called to order by Director Griffin at 0800. In attendance were Directors Krugman, Randall, and Griffin.  Directors Perkins and Gothard were excused.  Chief Green and Carmen Modglin, Chief Green served as Recording Secretary.

Approval of Changes to the Agenda

No changes to the agenda proposed.

New Business

Presentation of Resolution 2009-04 Authorizing Lease-Purchase Financing for self-contained breathing apparatus generally approved in District Res. 2009-02 Adoption of 2009 Annual Budget.  Discussion of terms of lease-purchase.  M/S Krugman/Randall.  Roll call vote, Griffin-yes, Krugman-yes, Randall-yes.  Motion carries. 

Adjournment

M/S Randall, Krugman to adjourn the special meeting of the Red, White and Blue Fire Protection District at 0835. Voice vote, unanimous.  Motion carries.
